Gentle & Restorative Yoga: Thursdays, January 17th - April 24th. Two 14-week classes will be offered back-to-back (one for those not receiving cancer treatment and one for those currently in treatment). Registration is required*

Children's Support Group: Designed to address the unique concerns children may have when someone they love has cancer. Through a variety of group activities, artwork and discussion young people can learn about cancer and the changes that cancer brings to their lives. They also learn that they are not alone. They learn helpful ways to express and deal with all the feelings and emotions they may experience.

This group is for children 5-12 who have a family member with cancer. The class meets once a week on Tuesdays for eight weeks from 4:30-5:30 p.m. For more information or to register call, Jenny Eckert, M.S.W., Inova Life With Cancer, Children’s Program Manager 703-208-5623. Good Grief Children's Group: Designed to address the pain and sadness when children have lost a loved a to cancer. The group allows children to share their stories, their emotions, and know that their feelings are O.K. by participatiing in art theraphy and group activities.

This group is for children 5-12 and meets on Thursdays for 8 weeks from 5:00-6:00 p.m . (start date TBD) For more information or to register call, Jenny Eckert, M.S.W., Inova Life With Cancer, Children’s Program Manager 703-208-5623. Registration is required*

Women's Support Group: A support group open to any woman with cancer diagnosis. Group meets the first Wednesday of each month from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Inova Loudoun Hospital.

NEW: Breast Cancer Support Group: Mondays, from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Look Good.... Feel Better: An American Cancer Society program designed to help women coping with the cosmetic s side effects of chemotheraphy or radiation theraphy. Group meets every other month on Thursday from 6:45 - 9:00 p.m. Registration is required.

"Ripples of Cancer II: Communicating Effectively with Health Care Professionals" (for the caregiver): Mondays, 6:30-8:00 p.m. in the Patient Education Room in Loudoun Hospital. Please contact Life With Cancer to Register 703-776-2841.

Spiritual Support Group: A support group for those touched by cancer (patients, family, & friends). This group is intended to help individuals draw upon their own spiritual resources to help them cope Tuesdays, 15th from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Creating & Connecting (Art Therapy Group): A fun and relaxing theraphy group for those touched by cancer (patients, family, friends). Group meets every other month on Saturdays, from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Registration is required*

Reiki Program: To help you relax and rebalance. These programs will be presented on the 4th Thursday evening of each month from 6:30 -8:00p.m. at the Inova Loudoun Hospital Radiation Oncology Center. Class size is limited. Registration is required*

Meditation & Guided Imagery: A support group for those touched by cancer (patients, family, friends) This group offers individuals the opportunity to learn about and practice the art of meditation. This group meets the last Tuesday of each month from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. Call Karen Archer for more information.
